2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to services
• Process payments
• Process Summer Academy enrollment and send class details
• Confirm parent/guardian contact and consent for student participation

3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full credit card details.

Summer Academy tuition is $250 USD per student for one 6-day camp. Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We receive payment status and reference IDs needed to match payment to an enrollment. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page, not on flowstatealpha.com.

4. Summer Academy Student Information

Summer Academy is designed for students and is enrolled through a parent or guardian. We use student name, age, guardian contact, and camp choice (Camp 1 or Camp 2) for academy administration, Teams class access, support, and records tied to the enrollment.

We do not use Summer Academy student information to provide personalized financial, investment, or tax advice.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data with:

• Payment processors
• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Classroom, email, and support tools used to administer Summer Academy
• Analytics providers
• Legal authorities if required

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.
