FlowState Alpha – Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 4, 2026

1. Subscription Refunds ($119/month)

24-Hour Grace Period

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of initial purchase only, provided:

• You have not meaningfully used the service
• You submit a request to support

After 24 Hours

All subscription payments are non-refundable.

No refunds for:

• Partial usage
• Missed time
• Failure to cancel before renewal

2. Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel at any time
• Cancellation applies to the next billing cycle only
• No prorated refunds

3. 1-on-1 Mentorship Sessions ($150)

Strict Policy

• All sessions are non-refundable

One-Time Reschedule Exception

• Allowed once per session, if requested at least 24 hours in advance

No-Shows

If you miss the session or do not attend on time, the session is forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated:

• Immediate account suspension
• Investigation of account activity
• Potential permanent ban

We reserve the right to provide usage records, login activity, and agreement to these policies to dispute claims.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

• Required by applicable law
• A verified billing error occurred
