FlowState Alpha – Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 4, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FlowState Alpha ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Nature of Service (No Financial Advice)

FlowState Alpha provides educational content, market insights, and community access only.

We do not provide:

• Financial advice
• Investment recommendations
• Portfolio management

All decisions are made solely at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the service lawfully
• Provide accurate payment/account information

4. Subscription Services

Pricing

• $119 USD per month

Billing & Renewal

• Billing occurs immediately upon signup
• Subscription renews automatically every 30 days
• You must cancel before renewal to avoid charges

Access

• Access begins immediately after payment is received

5. Add-On Services (1-on-1 Mentorship)

• Price: $150 USD per 1-hour session
• Sessions must be scheduled in advance

Attendance Policy

• If you miss your scheduled session → no refund
• If you are late → session time is reduced accordingly

Rescheduling Policy (One-Time Exception)

• Each session includes one (1) reschedule, if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
• No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share account access
• Disrupt community discussions
• Engage in abusive or harmful behavior
• Copy, distribute, or resell content

Violation may result in:

• Immediate removal
• Suspension or termination
• No refund

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowState Alpha is not liable for:

• Financial losses
• Trading outcomes
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

• British Columbia, Canada, and
• Applicable federal laws of Canada

For U.S. users, applicable consumer protection laws may also apply.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
