A parent or guardian completes the student details, then continues to Stripe checkout ($200 CAD per student). FlowState uses this information to process registration and send the cohort brief.

The Youth Edition is $200 CAD per student for all 4 live sessions. Payment card entry happens only through secure Stripe Checkout after you submit this form; FlowState does not collect card numbers on this page.

We use parent/guardian and student details only for program administration, Teams class access, registration records, and support. The cohort runs September 22, 24, 29 and October 1, 2026. All sessions run 6:00 to 8:00 PM Pacific Time unless you are notified otherwise.
